Alyssa Phillips
Alyssa Phillips has a multi-faceted career- in real estate, security (physical and cyber) & public health. Phillips obtained two Master’s degrees-Public Administration and Cybersecurity. Phillips is ABD with her PhD in Criminology.
Real Estate Endeavors
Alyssa began her real estate profession when she was 19 when she purchased her first property to flip. From this point, she has gone on to purchase several more properties to both hold as rental property and flip. To date, Phillips owns several apartment complexes/multi-family properties. Currently Alyssa flips single family and multi-families on an on-going basis.
Once Alyssa mastered the re-development side of real estate, she branched to purchasing raw land and developing housing communities. Currently Alyssa is developing a community in The Heights, HTX. She averages 25,000 square feet of construction at a time.
Alyssa Phillips has established a successful real estate brokerage that specializes in Property Management and HOA Management on the east coast, where her team manages a portfolio of over $50 million dollars.
Lastly, Phillips’s dedication to sharing her knowledge on wealth building has led her to create a company that manages and grows her customer’s wealth portfolio. The main method of wealth building is through flipping property; her company specializes in diversifying her customer’s income streams in various investments and industries. This company recently started teaching real estate investing classes.
Cybersecurity Professional
Alyssa has several years both in technical and leadership positions with the National Security Agency, where she currently holds a TOP SECRET/SCI Security clearance. Her latest assignment was a Deputy Chief of a cybersecurity assessments department that ensured the Nation’s most critical intelligence and communications were secure. In addition, Phillips has been recognized through national & presidential awards for her cyber analytical work that has enabled trend analysis and pattern recognition. Phillips has sat on several committees to provide guidance and expertise on cybersecurity and trend analysis using metadata to discover pattern, trends and abnormalities in network & human behavior.
CEO of Security Company
In addition, to her tenure at the National Security Agency, Alyssa co-owns a multi-million-dollar security company that provides security services to the government and private sector. As the CEO, Phillips oversees a dynamic work environment and directs best practices to analyze and secure important infrastructure.
CEO of a Residential Treatment Center for Youth
Alyssa owns a Residential Treatment Center that houses 15 children who are wards of the state. Many who exhibit mental health needs. While in care, her organization create goals to meet each individual child's needs for the child to exit our operation more successful and productive than they entered.
We also provide independent living (housing) to young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. These young adults receive free housing as long as they are in some form of secondary education until the age of 23. During their time, Alyssa's organization teaches them life skills and ensure they have access to community resources.
